Credit score is good
Mainly my spends is on apperals through Instagram sites and food
I want to use my reward for flight tickets

Got it. I think it is good if you spend on merchants that fall under accelerated MR point condition. What are instagram sites btw? I don't think you will get accelerated rewards (10x or 5x) on these spends. Yes, you can use Amex MR points for flight tickets (ideally transfer points instead of booking through Amex Travel)

If you take MRCC, you have to hit 6k per month on it with 1.5K x 4 to get the bonus MR points. I don't own any axis cards, so can't comment on it. @Skylar any thoughts?
