How to apply for Airtel Axis ADD-ON credit card?

Hey folks, I received Airtel Axis card last month. I want to apply for an addon card but I don't see any way of doing it. Since I got the card from pre-approved Axis Bank offers and not Airtel Thanks, the card is not visible in Airtel app so I don't know if the option to apply for addon is there. In my Axis open app, I have all controls for managing the credit card but not to apply for addon.
I contacted Axis customer care today and they said that currently the bank is not sourcing Airtel Axis Bank cards and to wait for some time but didn't tell me how much time even on repeated asking.
Has anyone tried this?

You get the Add-on-Card from the Axis Mobile app underneath Airtel Axis Card Details
Apply for an Add-on card Click on that fill in the details and do the VKYC.
Currently, they are not issuing Add-ons.
I got mine last October for a family member.

Are you getting 250CB on your card and 250CB on your add on card too?
