How to cancel L&T hypothecation on scooter RC

Hello bekifayaties…
I have bought a scooter in the year of 2022 paying down payment of 20k, I took a loan using the L&T Finance which the dealership offered.
Now we finished the loan in the year of 2024. But on the RC it is hypothecated to L&T Finances. How to cancel the hypothecation?

The scooter purchased from Bangalore, but now I’m staying in Pune. Do I have to take the scooter to Bglre again to cancel the hypothecation?

Check if you can apply online for cancellation of the same. You may have to pay some fee and upload relevant documents.
