How to consolidate similar loan accounts into one account ?

For credit score improvement experts suggest consolidating similar loan accounts into one account, e.g. I've 4 ICICI bank CCs, so I want to consolidate them to use the same quota of credit limit.
How do I get this done?

Bro, Cobranded cards will be listed as separate limit and Core cards will be consolidated into one credit limit in the reports.
As of now there is no option for over all credit limit to be shown as same for all the cards in credit reports.
