I have a moneyback+ credit it was not lifetime free but it provided vouchers for 1500 rs so it was not a bad deal i even got voucher for paying joining fees so in total 2000 rs vouchers I received but I recently got swiggy hdfc card and thats my main card now becuase of the benefits, moneyback + was my first cc i got last year in october even though i spent 65k on my card and the fee is waived off for next year i want it converted to lifetime free i cant close it because my cibil will take a hit how should i go about it and what should i write in my email to the bank?
