No need to download any apps like paisabazaar etc to check you cibil score ,you can do it by the government backed app called " UMANG" with that you can do other works too like nps,ppf check ,etc

Specially for CIBIL i dont know any card or app provide offer but yes experian and many more score report subscription give you offers in cred app some time pr yes bank credit card also have feature of report of score every minth
