How to get HDFC infinia metal LTF?

I am using HDFC Infinia metal. I am trying to get the same as LTF.
Does anyone know how can I get it? whom should I contact?

From what I hear HDFC is trying to get all its LTF customers converted to paying ones. So the previous method of calling customer care to close the card so that they give an option to make it LTF is not working with HDFC now.
You could speak to RM to check the possibility of making it LTF.

Most of banks offers LTF credit cards to the customers who maintain an excellent credit history with a pattern of high spending on their existing credit cards.

So, a consistent spend of minimum few lacs over the last 6 months could be one of the criteria. So, spend high and payback all the outstandings timely will help.

Yeah not just Premium cards but even for the basic cards now they are offering upgrades to convert the LTF's to paid cards.
