How to get SuperMoney pro credit card ?

I have normal SuperMoney credit card, but in the app it's not showing up application form for SuperMoney pro credit. Can anyone help, how to get SuperMoney pro credit card?

I guess those with Super FD CC (even if closed) won't get Pro CC.
