I checked in Amazon Pay it is showing I cannot transfer it back to bank. I checked with their AI assisstant it said me that the wallet balances can only be used to make purchases on Amazon

Hojata hai transfer. I something add money when there is cashback offer for Adding Money to wallet then transfer back to account or any other person.
Only the Gift Cards are used for Amazon bills, shopping
