HRA Claim and Township stay

If some body can help me with this matter will be of great help

I am staying in company's township with my wife and child

My parents are old and dependent on me
They are staying in another city for which I am paying ra 25000 rent

My company is giving me prerequisites but showing in my form 16

Can I file return on taxes by claiming HRA

if you are also receiving HRA, then as per my opinion you can claim but nowhere clearly mentioned that about it, you can claim it but tax authorities can raise this point that you are not living in the house but still it can be argued, if you are ready to give reply to notice if you got then you can claim it. Also, normally people don't get HRA if they are getting perquisite.
