HSBC Platinum Credit Card

I'm interested in applying for an HSBC Platinum credit card through Bank Bazaar. I'm not a salaried person, and I understand they typically offer this card only to salaried individuals. However, I've heard that, in some cases, applicants through Bank Bazaar aren't required to provide income documents. If anyone has this card and can share their experience or provide recommendations, please feel free to do so.

Bank provides this card to salaried individuals normally or may be to someone who has an account with HSBC. HSBC offers credit card in limited locations. Are you in one of the locations where HSBC has branch? If not, then you won't get. I have this card, but I really don't use it much as I have better cards including from HSBC. If at all there is some offer on HSBC, which I find very less, you may use this card for discount. It's LTF so that way no need to worry for annual charges.

I live in Delhi, so it's a serviceable location. Where did you apply from, and did you provide income documents? I also have many cards, but I want this one because it offers discounts even when there's no sale period.

I did not have to...since I work for HSBC group and got this card as soon as I joined the org.

I have this card and it has one the most complicated verification process. If you are not salaried then I will suggest dont apply as you need to provide multiple salary slips and bank statements to them. If you apply directly then they will reject it straight forward. Try to apply through an agent take their advise if they can help in the verification process.
And apart from the Myntra Sale this card is good for nothing instead of it try to get anyother cards.

Thank you for your reply, Prince. I have other cards from almost all the major banks. I just wanted this one as well, but since you said the process isn't good for self-employed individuals, I am dropping the plan to apply for it.
