I would recommend to call AMEX customer care and confirm of any such offer.

Do not call number provided in that email if there is any... Just in case if it's fake email then number will also be fake (trap).

It's a spam, don't get into it...
No bank charges any kind of fee from customers.
The fee we usually pay is either joining or renewal/annual fee which automatically is charged.
Delete this mail asap and don't ever click on any of these links.

Definitely FAKE!!! Amex don’t have this kind of offer and they will never ever say no pre set limit kinda thing in their Charge card offer

Also They will not give you charge card directly
You need to maintain some good relationship with amex to get charge card in india because its AMEX not some normal cr card
