You can't apply, you have to ask them to upgrade your tata Neu plus to Tata neu Infinity.

But i don't want upgrade. Because this card was life time free. But i can pay for infinity if i got.

They are two variants of the same card, so only one will be provided and we cannot have both.
1. TATA NEUCARD Plus- 499+GST
2. TATA NEUCARD Infinity- 1499+GST
Simply, ask them to upgrade your card to INFINITY and they will do it easily and with lifetime free also as your PLUS variant is lifetime free.

how do you talk to a person with these numbers?
it sends me to IVR then no way to talk to a human.

You have to listen to the IVR carefully and press that button which says that you have a query and can only be resolver via human.

Write an email to HDFC escalation team they will consider your request and if they provide u the TATA neu infinity card LTF they will give u the confirmation first and ask ur consent to upgrade it
