20% with lowest risk is not possible.. atleast not guaranteed... upto 14-18.. % rolling u can try invoice discounting spread out.. but not risk free **

With lowest risk you can get 7-8.5 % annually. 20% returns annually is a very big expectation with lowest risk, it is not at all possible but with high risk it is possible in Capital Market.
