Icici Amazon pay credit card

It's invite only. Can't do anything about it. Do you have any Icici credit card? That would help to get the option fast.
The best option you have is to try from other accounts in your family and apply from the one that gives you the option to apply, as @hitirfan has already mentioned it is invite only. Other option is to contact customer care to enable the option, works only in some cases and mention you are old customer of Amazon and buy from them frequently. Having other ICICI card helps as well
