So finally i am here to give you all a reality check.
ICICI EMERALDE PRIVATE METAL CARD
1. Doesn’t provide lounge access at the Delhi International Airport.
This is so depressing and feels kinda goofy. Why would ICICI don’t want to give lounge access at the Delhi International Airport??
2. Doesn’t have any concierge services mentioned anywhere.
Infact, i called the customer care multiple times asking about the same and i was extremely shocked to know that the customer care executives don’t know the meaning of Concierge services. After checking, they told me that there are no such services on this card.
Lounge access at such a crucial airport and concierge services are a huge part of our buying decisions when considering a luxury credit card.
Go for HDFC Infinia without a doubt
