I have Processed a ICICI bank account which is zero balanced said By RM and the account name is ICICI bank Titanium Saving? if anyone knows about such scheme please give a view on this. I just want to confirm that it is Zero Balance and what are the charges on it?

Yes, this is a zero balance account, you don't need to maintain any minimum balance in this account.
