Idfc Bank Credit Card Bill Payment Issue

Hi everyone
I am trying to pay my IDFC credit card bill through third party apps like Airtel, Paytm & Payzapp.
But i am not able to pay my bill because all the apps are showing error “Invalid details entered”.
I am paying my other 2 credit card bills of SBI & HDFC from airtel only.
Attaching the screenshot of error.
Kindly guide if anyone faced same issue.

Try Mobikwik, wahan Card ka poora number dena hota hai

I tried but it is saying your registered number is not linked with credit card.
I have one number only which is already linked with bank.

You can pay in idfc bank app only ... Go to credit card option , below 1 st option Pay bill and then next page it shows upi or netbanking ... Instant settlement but no rewards .... or cashback

Did u speak to idfc customer care or bank employee ?
