If Stable money FD bark after 7 days.

My question is if I will break my FD after 7 days or before my maturity.
Is there interest pay before maturity.
or there any changes just like Bank deduct is around 0.5 to 1 persent on internet gain if FD break.
Is there any slabs of days interest earning period just like Bank 7-45 days or 46-179 days.

Yes, there will be a deduction from the interest earned and this exact value depends on your bank. 7 days isn't a good enough time to acquire much interest and FDs ideally should be availed for terms > 6 months. This is not a strict condition but a suggestion.
