IndusInd Bank has electronic payment options for the Indian segment.

Mainly there are 3 ways in which you can make electronic payments with IndusInd Bank - RTGS, NEFT, and IMPS. Before moving forward, it's important to understand the differences between the 3 modes;

RTGS/NEFT/IMPS Transfer with IndusInd Bank:

There are two ways to initiate an RTGS / NEFT/ IMPS transfer with IndusInd Bank:

  1. Offline submission /In Branch Request (FOR RTGS/NEFT)
  2. Mobile Banking (FOR RTGS /NEFT /IMPS).
OFFLINE SUBMISSION /IN-BRANCH REQUEST

Step 1:
Download and Complete the Form
  • Download the attached NEFT/RTGS form (in PDF format). This same form will be provided to you if you choose to initiate the transfer through an in-branch request. We have attached a copy of the same form in this post for your ease.
  • Print a clear copy of the downloaded form.
  • Fill out the form completely and accurately. How to fill up the form is mentioned below
How to Fill up the Form?
  • Write the branch name and today’s date in the top right corner.
  • Now, select the type of fund transfer (RTGS/NEFT/IMPS) and also the type of customer (Customer/Non-Customer).
  • Write your account number, name, mobile number, or email ID, and cheque number or cash (if any).
  • Now, enter the beneficiary bank name, branch, IFSC code, account number, name, and amount.
  • Re-enter the amount in both figures and words.
  • There is a second option for Indo-Nepal remittance where you need to add beneficiary account number, bank name, name, address, Citizenship/PAN/Passport, mobile number, and amount.

Step 2: Submit the Form at Your Branch
  • Visit your nearest IndusInd Bank branch.
  • Submit the completed NEFT/RTGS form along with any required identification documents to a bank teller or customer service representative.
  • Once your request is processed, the funds will be transferred to the beneficiary's account.
Mobile Banking (IndusInd Bank Mobile App)
  • Login to your account in the IndusInd mobile application.
  • Now, click on the fund transfer option.
  • Click on Add Beneficiary button and enter the beneficiary details.
  • After that click on the Proceed button and enter the OTP to confirm and add a beneficiary.
  • Select the Select Beneficiary option under the fund transfer option now and select the beneficiary you want to send funds to.
  • Now, add your details and the amount you want to transfer.
  • You will get a screen with all the information and the option to select the type of fund transfer (IMPS/NEFT/RTGS).
  • Select your preferred transfer option and click on the “I Confirm, Pay Now” option.
  • Enter your MPIN or authenticate with an OTP to perform the transaction successfully.
