All these are sales techniques.
If you will ask agent why this happened, they will say this is not in their hands.
It is based on bank policy and your profile.

If it is LTF you can keep it and may ask for upgrade after some time.

Indusind does provide few offers on blinkit, Zomato, Swiggy Big basket etc if you use some of these platforms.

Kch nhi kr sakte.. They mis-sell cards to acheive their targets. No agents in India can confirm that you will get this limit. It's not possible. Limit allocation depends on bank issuing the card.

Agar bhir bhi aapko lage ki close karna h to aap card me diye hue no pe cl karke unse request kr sakte h ki you donot want to continue with this card. Aap closure request raise kr sakte hain.
