Right now I want to get the addon card from one of my family member.
So,Later on can I get the onecard or the offer will vanish forever?
1. You cannot know the limit beforehand without applying. If it is a secured card, then the limit will be usually 90% of your FD amount.
2. No relation between them but depends on your credit profile (add on can be availed any time afaik)
