Insurance Premium on Amazon Pay

Hi All,

I am trying to pay my HDFC mediclaim premium through APay. However, the transaction is getting cancelled again and again. The only reason I can think of is that the premium amount mentioned on APay is Rs. 119 less than what is mentioned on the email shared with me by HDFC. How can I solve this?

I have already called Amazon Cust. service but no help from there.

Although I did not get any response from the community, I solved the problem with hit and trial. Go to renew policy on HDFC portal -> Make Payment -> Choose Wallets -> Choose Billdesk -> Choose Amazon Pay -> Payment completed.
