Is digital gold or gold in general are sold significantly lower than market prices

On an Application I bought some digital gold say of rupees 1200 later when sold it at market price of rupees 1400 ,I got the value of only rupees 1300.Is this a general practice for digital gold or gold in general?

Both the buy and sell transaction was on digital gold on Jupiter as a Platform with MMTC-PAMP India Private Limited for a sell value of
0.1650 g | Amt Per Gram Rs.7165.24 | Total Amt Rs.1182.26
at 1:55 am
where market rate for
0.1650 g was Amt Per Gram Rs.7436.33 | Total Amt Rs.1227
So the loss was of
Rs 45 in total.
Note:GST was paid at the time of purchase.
 
It depends upon the platform. They can charge you some cost like insurance, refinery or more
