Is tat neu plus card better than millenia?

I am planning to switch from millenia to tata neu plus since I didn't get approval for tat infinity , so is tata new plus good when compared to millenia.
Please suggest frds

the tata neu plus is 0.5 out of 5 not at a good competitor
