Issue in IDFC First bank Salary Account Opening

Hi, i digged in with lots of factors like covered insurances, on month calculated interest upto 7.5%, no charges at all even on re issuance of lost debit card, etc etc...
But my company (organisation) new/small/not known types, Not a partner with IDFC FIRST bank. how to create a salary account then in IDFC ?

I think you need salary slips to open a salary account there. You can easily open it on your own
