i have loan from icici bank. but currently 2 emi are pending but continuing the emi. the bank impose penal charges. problem occur when bank ask me to pay some amount other than emi. but i am trying to pay emi which are pending. they also said clearly if do not pay some percent of penal charges other emi, we can not count emi. what to do.
