I am a UPSC aspirant. Is there any way to get any loan for coaching fees to continue my study without collateral? I am also 19 y/o and don't have any credit history.

Talk to your parents or guardians about co-applying for a loan. Visit banks that offer education loans and ask specifically about loans for UPSC coaching without collateral.
