I don't think it is referral only. It is invite only, and only ICICI Bank can invite you.

It doesn't work like that in icici, you have to send your mobile number, email and name. Dm me these details and I will refer you.

I guess you only have to start amazon prime account then you can apply from your amazon app, you dont need any invitation or referrer

No its not like that anymore i have prime membership since 2021 and was offered AMZ PAY icici cc but i was less than 21 so i was technically unable to have that. Now that i am at that age, they changed the cc application program

No one can invite you.
It will be given by ICICI bank only.
