Hey can we use domestic lounge access card at international lounge in INDIA ?
My flipkart axis credit card and au platinum rupay debit card has domestic lounge access
Does international lounge in INDIA comes under domestic lounge ?

International lounge - Literally means Lounge outside India.
The Lounge (Every lounge) located in India is Domestic lounge.

*Some lounges are named international but for your CC/DC it domestic as it is located in India.

- You have to check the list of domestic lounges your card can be used in on respective cards website.

I want to use lounge access in BHIJU PATNAIK AIRPORT international lounge in BHUBANESWAR ORISSA (not domestic lounge)
My au rupay platinum debit card offers domestic lounge
I checked with the lounge list also it has bird lounge in BHUBANESHWAR
So that means I can use it right ?

Bhai, It is written international but it is located in India and it is Domestic for people coming from other countries it will be international.

Rupay lounges list has many bhubaneswar is also included
But it is mentioned in DOMESTIC TERMINAL
That is why I am confused
I have international trip from bhubaneswar

If the lounge is physically accessible then you can use.. these smaller airports don't have completely separate terminals.. so u shd be about to use

Don't get confuse, what's your terminal number...is the same as bird lounge terminal...or different..
You can call the lounge directly and clarify the entry via your card.
It is an international lounge I guess if you are travelling outside India.
