Yes, SBI Platinum Visa debit card offers complimentary access to airport lounges. The number of accesses allowed depends on the type of card that you have.

SBI Platinum Visa Debit Card: The SBI Platinum Visa Debit Card offers complimentary access to 2 airport lounges per quarter. This means that you can use your card to access 8 airport lounges per year.

SBI Platinum Visa Signature Debit Card: The SBI Platinum Visa Signature Debit Card offers complimentary access to 4 airport lounges per quarter. This means that you can use your card to access 16 airport lounges per year.

SBI Platinum Visa Infinite Debit Card: The SBI Platinum Visa Infinite Debit Card offers complimentary access to 6 airport lounges per quarter. This means that you can use your card to access 24 airport lounges per year.

Air India Lounges: Air India Lounges are located at all major airports in India.
Tata Executive Lounges: Tata Executive Lounges are located at Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore airports.

On SBI site it says

"SBI Platinum Cards issued through RuPay, Visa and MasterCard are one of the select variants of the Cards having complimentary airport lounge access. The terms & conditions of these facilities are governed by the respective Card networks (RuPay / Visa / MasterCard). For further details, please visit respective Card network’s website"

We can search debit cards section in VISA site.
