MasterCard Debit Card

Does anyone know if it is possible to get a MasterCard variant of Debit Card with either HSBC, IndusInd or Standard Charted Bank? I checked with them, and they only offer Visa variant.

Indusind delight account will give a delights debit mastercard variant
