My credit score in not being reported properly, so It is not being updated.

For credit cards there is a 'total limit sanctioned' parameter which needs to be reported by bank every month. They are not reporting this one parameter so My cibil score is not updating at all. Without sufficient data the highest amount generated in bill statement is seen as the limit making the cc limit look like the higesht credit card bill amount. Which hurts cibil score my score is not being updated from 3 months fully. I Have raised complaint 1 time already about this issue but I didn't get a valid response about this issue.

Did you raise the complaint on CIBIL website(Dispute) or to the Bank??

Same here. My Cibil data is proper but in Experian, sanctioned amount data is incorrect. I contacted Kotak Bank CC dept. but they said only focus on cibil and not Experian.
Weird!
