My indus advantage savings account application in indusind bank is stuck and is not progressing.

I was for indus zero balance account behlf of my existing credit card. When I applied for it from the link, I found that it required KYC for my existing credit card. I selected the branch and submitted it, now the application is showing in process since 4 days. If anyone can suggest how many days will it take for this account to be successfully created.

I think application would take 7 days for completion.

But if have some concern, Why don't you try and contact the customer care, they will help you gladly.

My number is of airtel which is a registered, when I call from it, it gets disconnected immediately. Indusind Bank number charges premium for calls only then the call does not connect.

Yeah, add 10/- balance and talk with them!
In between IndusInd credit card costumer service is toll free.
 
I was not shown any kind of process so I had to escalate the matter. Now your concern will be resolved, the matter has been sent to the Banking Ombudsman.

Accounts of Airtel users also completed, if calls are not received even after recharging, then benefited. The same calls are being made from Jio SIM, hence I have ported the SIM to jio operator
 
The service of indusind bank is absolutely shameful. The application is under process for almost 10 days and I have emailed and tweeted everything to their escalation team but no one is resolving the concern.
 
I am very disappointed to see such poor service from Indusind Bank. I did not think that the service of indusind bank is such that it seems as if there is no one to listen to your concerns.

I shared the concern with the banking ombudsman. He asked the bank to give 30 dates time and complain again only after their final decision. He sent the case to indusind bank.

Banking ombudsman sent the cases attached in the mail to their principal nodal officer Dilnaaz but he did not pay any attention. I also mailed Principal Nodal Officer Dilnaaz ji but did not get any reply from him.


It has been more than 10 days since the concern was raised while the application is under review for 13 days.



Yesterday their social media team official called and said they will investigate why the account was not opened. He said that he is not completely sure that the account will be opened. We can only investigate and tell you the reason.

Now indusind bank has given 3 days time to investigate.Do not refer such a bank if you find out that you may have to face trouble after opening the account because of us.



Till now I feel that the service of axis bank and icici bank is top class, immediately the case will be resolved.
