Need Assistance: UPI Payment Option Missing for Credit Card Bill in YONO SBI

I'm encountering an issue with paying my credit card bill through YONO SBI. Previously, I used to have the option to pay using UPI, but unfortunately, I can't find this option anymore.

Could someone please advise if there have been recent changes or if there's a way to enable UPI payments for credit card bills in YONO SBI?

SBI Unipay-> Pay bills-> credit card-> entered details.

After watching the video carefully, I noticed that the person didn't provide a live screen recording video; only screenshots were provided.

After that, when I tried the same steps you did, I noticed that when I went to pay my credit card bill, there was no UPI option available.

However, when I tried to recharge a mobile number, the UPI payment method was available.

I request you to try this process again so you can see for yourself.

I believe there is no direct option to pay a credit card bill using UPI through a credit card. Alternatively, you can try a credit card to bank transfer (which may have charges according to banks/applications) or a new option that many citizens are using, which is CBDC (mostly free).

Already told you that this has been removed. This should not have been there at the first place as there should not be any option to pay credit card bill via credit card.

Yes, as you had noted in another thread that you were paying credit card bill from another Rupay credit card through UPI, this option has been taken off. Now you can't pay one credit bill through another credit card. Now you can use your own funds and pay via debit card.
