Need Help Paying BOB Financial One Card Bill via YONO SBI

I have a query regarding the payment of my BOB Financial One Card bill using YONO SBI. When attempting to make the payment through YONO SBI, I encountered an issue where I couldn't find the One Card option. Consequently, I selected BOB and entered my credit card details, but I received an error message stating "invalid combinations of customer parameters," preventing me from proceeding.

how do pay my One Card bill using another Rupay card through YONO SBI? If anyone has successfully navigated this process or knows the correct steps, please share your insights

I think that error is because you are trying to pay the Bob credit card payment through rupay credit card. Try using debit card or UPI. CC payment for CC is not allowed. You can use balance transfer as another option.

We can pay cc bill using other rupay card using YONO SBI. after entering cc details there are 2 options. Pay using upi Or pay using QR. We just have to scan the QR code and pay using rupay card.

It will be difficult to pay One Card bill by that way as One card is issued by multiple banks (I have Federal Bank issued Onecard) so it does not have any unique identifier as each bank has. The credit card number series by each bank to Onecard is not used by themselves for issuing their own card. Hence, if I see a discount on some item on Federal Bank card, I can't use my Onecard as Federal Bank card. So it's difficult to get it listed. We don't have that listed in HDFC Bill Pay either. I am not able to add that in Mobikwik either. So make a payment through Credit or other means.

I don't think you can do that anymore( CC to CC payment) and it has been taken off from SBI Unipay. I checked today morning. Even I had done 2-3 days back successfully.
