From when? I have made last transaction on 23rd July and I have exhausted 30 transactions for the month already using FULLPAY..most were repeat transactions.

Don't think so.....Did you go to history of your payment of card and then try to pay the bill (before the last due date of last bill) and it did not let you apply FULLPAY again or are you trying after the last due date of last bill?
