Need Travel hacks and Tips for Vietnam in March end

I’m traveling to Vietnam with my family at the end of March and would love some advice on the following:

1. Currency Exchange: I’m based in Mumbai—does anyone know a local agent offering the best exchange rates? Alternatively, would it be better to get USD from platforms like BookMyForex or Orient Exchange?
2. Things to Do & Avoid: Any must-visit places or tourist traps I should be aware of?
3. SIM Card: Where should I but simcard at ho chi minh airport or outside? Any recommendations for providers with good coverage and data plans at good rates?
4. Tour Bookings: Would you recommend booking tours in advance through platforms like Klook, or is it better to book on arrival for better deals?
5. Credit Cards: I currently have Scapia, Niyo DCB Debit, AU Ixigo, and IDFC WOW. Which of these (or any others) would be the best for international transactions in Vietnam?
6. ATM Withdrawals: In case I fall short on cash, which ATMs in Vietnam have the lowest withdrawal charges for Indian cards?
7. Lounge Access: Are there any free international lounge access options available with certain credit or debit cards?
8. Hotels & Internal Transport:Here’s my planned itinerary:
   • Ho Chi Minh City → Flight to Da Nang → Bus to Phong Nha → Bus to Ninh Binh → Train to Hanoi → Bus to Sapa → Back to Hanoi → Halong Bay (or alternatives).
   • I’ve heard Halong Bay is crowded and overpriced—would Cat Ba Island or Trang An be better alternatives?
   • Any hotel or transport suggestions along this route?
9. Bus & Train Bookings: Which websites or apps are best for booking buses and trains in Vietnam? Any platforms that offer the best prices and reliable service?
10. Vegetarian Food: I’m a vegetarian—any recommendations for vegetarian-friendly restaurants or dishes in Vietnam?
11. VietJet Baggage Policy: We’re traveling with VietJet without check-in baggage since we are four people. Planning to utilize the 7kg cabin baggage limit + 2kg personal item per person. Does anyone have experience with this—how strict are they with weight limits, and any tips to make it hassle-free? Or any suggestions on the same
12. Fast-Track Immigration at Delhi Airport: Are there any fast-track immigration services available after landing?
13. Mumbai Airport Duty-Free Shopping: Apart from alcohol and cigars, what are some items worth buying from Mumbai Airport’s duty-free section that are significantly cheaper there compared to outside?
