NPS new account opening FATCA issue

While opening new e-NPS account, it asks for FATCA details where a few details are prefilled from the given PAN and the "validity" option is blank and disabled.
When we go for next step to validate, it says FATCA details incomplete. Hence, unable to open new NPS account. No way to bypass FATCA as I did a couple of years ago. Please help.

try again or try via an intermediary bank

Tried several times over a period of time, same always.
Tried via intermediary bank as well, worked, but I didn't finish because:
1. Their bank was default option and there was no option to change.
2. They're charging extra for contributions. There are no direct charges on contributions on the accounts opened via eNPS site.
