NPS tier 2 investment

Hi all, i want to invest in nps tier 2 but not sure how taxation will work.
Will it be same like mutual funds.
0-35% equity-- Taxed as per income slab
35-65%-- Getting indexation benefit upto20% after 3 years of investment
65%-100% -- 10% tax on gains more than 1 Lakh

govt has not made this clear so far and is still ambiguous and open to interpretation.. This link may help.
