One Card Not allowing reward redemption?

Anybody knows why ?
Recently I was randomly checking my one card app, and got this message while trying to redeem reward points
"Currently you are not eligible for points redemption", It doesn't mention any reason. I got these reward points around May. Haven't used my one card since.
And their help chat is not helpful at all, can't event talk to a human. And the bot, it just goes around circles.

Just by checking your post i just tried to redeem mine 8131 Points and it allowed me to do it.

nope, i couldn't even talk to their customer care. The useless AI bot won't understand my problem.

Last month on 10th I redeemed 16000 points to Cash. It allowed 1000 points to cash Rs. 100 at a time, in all I got 1600 Rs.

Today since the points are low it is showing not eligible for points redemption.

Nah mate, Still same issue.

I am still unable to redeem my 6000+ reward points

So you need to have outstanding balance to redeem your reward point. Also there's a some kind of bug in the app.

Well yeah you just have to wait for your transaction to settle and show in "current outstanding" only then will you be able to redeem your reward points. It usually takes upto 3 days.
