I have applied for onecard it shows the card is reserved for now.
Anyone can tell , how much time it takes to grant you a new card.

The application process has not yet been initiated; your status is currently reserved. New cards are not being issued in your location, and you will be informed once the process begins. Until then, your status will remain as reserved.
