Payment stuck in jio finance for credit card payment

Hi All,
I made couple of credit card payment through Jio Finance App via QR code scanning.
Most of them were successful but 4 transactions got stuck and amount got debited from bank account but it didn't got credited to my credit card.
Is there any way to raise complaint for these transactions as these are also not visible in the passbook section, only it is visible in the bank statement.
Please help.
 
Register your complaint by escalating to Jio finance customer care number or email support by sharing each failed transaction's date, amount, reference number and statements screenshot as valid evidence.

Generally it takes 48–72 hours or 4-5 working days for amount auto reversal. For a safer side register your complaint immediately.

After 30 days of registering your complaint with Jio finance, if you are not satisfied with the resolution, you can register your complaint on RBI ombudsman portal.
