If a merchant deny accepting payment by Credit card, because of charges debit in their accounts for such transactions. What a customer do for this?
Even for rupay credit card on UPI, merchants have the facility to not accept money thru this method. When the most clever trick could be to use a Rupay Credit Card on UPI, you can easily pay using the QR Code and won't be denied by the merchant.
But I have noticed that it only works for the merchants who have fully completed their KYC.
In most of the tier 1 and tier 2 cities it's not a problem but for a few tier 3 cities there could be fewer chances of UPI Application saying: Mechant didn't accept Rupay Credit Card on UPI.
Actually for all other transaction types the merchant have to bear a charge of 1.5 to 2 percent and thus to avoid the charge they either charge you more or denies to accept Credit Card, Debit Card, Wallet transactions, etc.
Conclusion
Either use a Rupay Credit Card on UPI or use Credit line on UPI.
Hope this helps you and others.

But in this type case means payment by UPI with rupay credit card, merchant also shows their transaction of deducted charges for accepting payment by Credit card and demands for that charges also. Than what I do?
Any UPI payment under ₹2,000 made via RuPay credit card doesn’t incur any charges for the merchant. However, for payments above ₹2,000, regular MDR charges will apply. If the merchant is someone you know, you can consider splitting the payment into smaller parts of ₹2,000 to help them avoid the charges. If it’s a merchant you don’t know, just make your payment and move on—after all, you’ve done your part as a customer by paying, and that’s what really matters! But in this type case means payment by UPI with rupay credit card, merchant also shows their transaction of deducted charges for accepting payment by Credit card and demands for that charges also.
