Paytm money not refunded

I am waiting for my refund from OnePlus in Paytm payment bank account since 11th March and after 15th Paytm account is closed for credit transactions.
Paytm is not responding on mails or calls.

Please guide what to do..whom should I reach ?

You can change your bank account from OnePlus.
Your money can't transfer to paytm account.
Because paytm has closed credit transactions.
Paytm can't receive money.

OnePlus had already issued payment on 11th successfully with payment transaction Id. So this would have reached to Paytm only.
