Paytm personal loan settlement

Hello,

Can anyone guide me about Paytm personal loans? My loan settlement was completed in July, but they have not closed my account or provided the NOC letter. I have raised a complaint, but their only response has been to ask me to wait while they check internally. What should I do now?

You can complaint to RBI. They are liable to pay penalty if they don't provide the NOC with some specific time-frame.

check your lender name in cibil report contact lender directly through mail about loan id they will provide noc paytm is just a platform but lender provide loans through paytm app after noc they will update close in cibil in 45 days
