PNB is a major bank in the Indian banking scene and provides electronic fund transfer. Mainly there are 3 ways in which you can make electronic payment with PNB Bank - RTGS, NEFT, and IMPS. Before moving forward, it's important to understand the differences between the 3 modes;
RTGS/NEFT/IMPS Transfer with PNB Bank:
There are two ways to initiate an RTGS / NEFT/ IMPS transfer with PNB Bank:

RTGS/NEFT/IMPS Transfer with PNB Bank:
There are two ways to initiate an RTGS / NEFT/ IMPS transfer with PNB Bank:
- Offline submission /In Branch Request (FOR RTGS/NEFT)
- Mobile Banking (FOR RTGS /NEFT /IMPS).
Step 1: Download and Complete the Form
- Download the attached NEFT/RTGS form (in PDF format). This same form will be provided to you if you choose to initiate the transfer through an in-branch request. We have attached a copy of the same form in this post for your ease.
- Print a clear copy of the downloaded form.
- Fill out the form completely and accurately. How to fill up the form is mentioned below
- Write the Branch Name and today's date first.
- Next choose the mode of fund transfer (RTGS/NEFT/Draft).
- Mention the amount to be transferred in figures and words.
- Now, mention the beneficiaries account number, name, bank and branch name, IFSC code, amount, charges, and total amount.
- Next rewrite the amount in figures and your Account No. also whilst choosing the type of account you have(SF/CA/OD/CC).
- If you are giving the amount in cash, write the amount in figures and cheque no. and date.
- Lastly, verify your name, address, mobile number with your signature and also mention the time of request.
Step 2: Submit the Form at Your Branch
- Visit your nearest PNB Bank branch.
- Submit the completed NEFT/RTGS form along with any required identification documents to a bank teller or customer service representative.
- Once your request is processed, the funds will be transferred to the beneficiary's account.
- Firstly log in to your PNB One Mobile application.
- Select the ‘My Payee’ option.
- Click on add payee option on bottom right.
- Select if the beneficiary is from PNB or another bank.
- Now, enter the beneficiary details including bank and account details. Also, you have to set the limit amount and number of transactions
- Now, click on the Add option and reconfirm again.
- Enter the TPin to proceed and confirm with OTP.
- After 2 hours you can transfer funds to the beneficiary.
- Now, go back to the Transfer Fund option on the home screen and select the Transfer funds to beneficiary option.
- Select the beneficiary you want to send money to.
- Enter the amount to be transferred and select the mode of fund transfer(NEFT/RTGS/IMPS).[You can also schedule a transfer]
- Select if you want the payment to be one time or recurring and click on view summary option.
- Confirm the details and enter your pin and OTP to successfully transfer the funds.
- For urgent, high-value transfers: Use RTGS if speed is critical and the amount is substantial. Be aware of minimum transfer limits and potential fees.
- For routine transfers and bill payments: NEFT is a convenient and cost-effective option for transfers within India, although it's not real-time.
- For small, urgent transfers: IMPS is ideal for immediate transfers of smaller amounts, even on holidays. Be mindful of potential maximum limits and fees.
