Suppose if ppf account is with sbi and we want to transfer funds using hdfc net banking in sbi ppf account can we do that or we have to keep funds in sbi account for transfer of funds I sbi ppf

If you have an HDFC net banking account, you should be able to transfer funds to your SBI PPF account directly from HDFC. You don't necessarily have to keep funds in an SBI account for the transfer. Just make sure you have the necessary details handy for the transfer.
