Query about a rider of Care insurance plan

Hi everyone,
I have a query regarding the 'Be-Fit Benefit' rider (image attached below) in the Care Supreme Direct Insurance plan.
Does adding this rider mean we can avail unlimited visits to enlisted fitness centres in the policy year, just by paying a premium of 727/- ?

Has anyone opted for this rider and used this benefit ?

Yes.. they have a list of empanneled centres... only to those.. unlimited
