Question about the American Express Membership Rewards Credit Card

Hey guys, I applied for an Amex MRCC without a referral link and the card got approved and dispatched (not received yet). At the time, I did not know that you get extra reward points when applying through a referral link and now I regret it. I wanted to ask if this situation is salvageable or is this a permanent loss?

Also someone please tell me how I can get the most out of this card.

U cant do anything now.Njoy the card.
After receiving the card install app and also enroll into the rewards programme.
Per calendar month...
1500× 4 transactions gives 1000 points
Another 14000 spend gives 1000 points.
If u use amex reward multiplier site for vouchers u can 2× ur base points.
